Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inning Wizard (the "Service"), operated by Inning Wizard ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Inning Wizard is a web-based tool that helps baseball and softball coaches create fair player rotation lineups. Features vary by subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@inningwizard.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Free plan. The Free plan is available at no charge with limited features as described on our pricing page.
Paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed annually. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights
5. Your Data
You own the data you enter into Inning Wizard (team names, player names, lineups). We store it on your behalf to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings page.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
